Refund and Returns Policy

At Sensory, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Returns
You may return most items within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email or receipt) is required.
To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@sensorysw.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions and a return shipping address.
Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
If the item is returned damaged or used, we may issue a partial refund or deny the return.
3. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need to exchange an item, contact us at contact@sensorysw.co.uk within 7 days of receiving your order.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are exempt from being returned, including:

Clearance or final sale items (if marked as such at the time of purchase)
5. Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email us at contact@sensorysw.co.uk within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will offer a replacement, refund, or store credit, depending on the situation.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

Contact your payment provider—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
